But...I love it when Nick makes Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. I don't like or order Philly sandwiches at any restaurant nor do I attempt to make them myself. Maybe I like them because it takes me back to Naples when I was working crazy hours and didn't have much time to cook let alone eat. During that time in Florida I would wake up at 8:30PM just in time to get ready to go to work, usually only functioning on 4-6 hours of sleep for days on end. Nick would make/or buy dinner and do dishes too. Anyway! Nick perfected a Philly sandwich recipe and he made them last night. I was in heaven, lots of onions and peppers cooked with roast beef and plenty of provolone cheese on delicious bolillo bread.

I love Nick's Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches too! He is an excellent chef - chef Nick! I love Naples but I am so glad that you are right around the corner and get to share dinner with you.
